This design uses the slip stitch technique which is a deceptively easy technique to incorporate colour work into your projects. You are only using one shade of yarn on each row and simply slipping stitches to create these beautiful eye catching patterns.
You work the two sides of the bag seperatley, each side has the same stitch pattern but different colour placements so thay are slightly different. You then work the strap, sewing the pieces together add adding optional elastic if you require.
This design uses 5 shades of Rowan Felted Tweed, one ball of each.
